Peace Valley Park, which surrounds Lake Galena between New Britain and Doylestown, offers fourteen miles of nature trails through the woods and meadows and is home to more than 250 species of birds. Close by is Kid’s Castle, an eight story wooden playground structure located in Central Park. Parents have enjoyed bringing their children to Kid’s Castle for nearly two decades. Recently, Phase 1 of a three phase project to update Kid’s Castle was completed, making the community bedrock even better than before.
