Due to the volume of claims you may not get through to the company on your first try. Try a few times as it is best for you to call the company directly. This way the claim process gets started immediately.
If you call our agency the company will need to contact you before they can start the process. time getting out seeing you. Take the following precautions:- Protect your property and make any temporary repairs necessary to protect your house and its contents and minimize hazards. Move your property to a protected site if necessary.
- Take pictures of the damage.
- Do not throw anything away as the insurance company’s adjustor will need to inspect the damaged property. You can move damaged property outside your house.
- Start an inventory of the damaged property.
- Call our office if you have any questions or concerns about your claim.
